Banana Bread Recipe with Alove Yogurt

Banana Bread Recipe with Alove Yogurt

I was supposed to share this banana bread recipe with you guys in February and we are in mid march.
February is  our birthday month. My husband and my birthday fall in February.
I have made banana bread with Alove yogurt a lot last month, which is why I thought to share the recipe with you.

Using Alove yogurt instead of milk results in a softer, more moist banana bread.
Banana bread is my go-to cake because it’s low in sugar which means I don’t have to ask my
daughter to stop eating. You know, mom life.

Alove yogurt is a Japanese-style yogurt containing aloe vera gel cubes. It’s kosher certified and it
contains no artificial flavors. You can learn more about it on their website: aloveyogurt.com.
Adding this yogurt to the banana bread recipe means my kid will be eating all the good stuff and
without artificial flavors. You can find more information about them here  #aloveyogurt #alove_partner #sayaloetogoodness

Mix all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda

Mash three bananas before you make butter mixture so that everything is ready to go in

mix butter and sugar with beater, once it’s mixed well then add mashed banana and beat it well

now add flour mixture and mix well then add alove yogurt and vanilla extract

once your mixture is ready, grease the pan , dust it with the flour and add banana bread mixture

Ingredients:

1 cup Alove aloe vera yogurt original
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix the butter and white sugar; beat using an electric mixer until creamy.

3. Add eggs and mashed bananas and continue to mix.

4. Add Alove aloe vera yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix well.

5. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt together.

6. Add banana-butter mixture to flour mixture and mix well.

7. Grease the pan and dust it with flour (I know people say to grease it before baking but
trust me, now your banana bread will slide out easily without any trouble.)

8. Pour mixture in baking pan.

9. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Check readiness with a knife. Remove from the oven and
cover loosely with aluminum foil for 5 minutes.

10. Remove from the foil. Allow to cool completely and enjoy!

Hope you will try baking banana bread  with yogurt and let me know if you have any question. I would love to hear your feedback.
